Small Batch Irish Coffee Recipe

Small Batch Irish Coffee Recipe

It's that time of the year again when it's socially acceptable to put whiskey in your coffee and laugh about it with your coworkers on Zoom. Happy St. Paddy's Day / Season!

If you really wanna shamrock your socks off, we have a special TBD Coffee recipe for ya (video below!).

Step 1 - Brew your favorite TBD coffee. We recommend Crazy Willie's blonde roast. Crazy Willie would be honored to be paired with whiskey in an Irish coffee. We usually use a pour over or a French press, but any brew method works!

Step 2 – Pour a shot (or two) of Irish whiskey into your mug. Opt for a small batch whiskey. It pairs well with our small batch coffee and makes for a truly craft drink.

Step 3 – Add a sweetener. You can use sugar, but maple syrup is better.

Step 4 – Add the hot coffee and give it a gentle stir.

Step 5 – Dollop on a homemade whipped cream. Store bought will work, if you must, or follow or 'Easy Coffee Whipped Cream' recipe here.

Sip, enjoy, repeat. Sláinte!
